The giveaway begins on August 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) (the “Entry Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this giveaway.
Online entry. During the Entry Period, submit your email address through the entry form on glp1planet.com and confirm that you agree to these Official Rules and meet the eligibility requirements. Agreeing to receive marketing email is optional and is not required to enter or to win.
Free alternate method of entry. To enter without submitting an email address online, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and daytime telephone number on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: CoreAge Rx gift card Giveaway, GLP-1 Planet, 5364 Fifth St, Downtown Plaza, Apt 505, Indianapolis, TX 65951. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received no later than five business days after the Entry Period ends. Mail-in entries receive the same chance of winning as online entries.
Limit one entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method. Entries submitted using automated means, scripts, macros, or multiple email addresses or identities will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address given.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 8, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The gift card is redeemable only with CoreAge Rx and is subject to the gift card terms published on our Gift Card Terms page. Read those terms before entering: they govern what the card can and cannot be used for, and whether any balance expires.
The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any portion of the prize not used is forfeited. All costs not expressly listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize does not include, and cannot be redeemed for, any prescription medication without an independent medical evaluation. A licensed healthcare provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate. If you are not eligible for treatment, the prize does not change that outcome, and no refund or substitution is offered on that basis.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry, on or about the drawing date. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded.
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the approximate retail value of the prize. The Sponsor does not provide tax advice; consult your own tax advisor.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for the purpose of announcing the winner, without further compensation or notice.
