The refund policy says Teleios may refund an order after review and prescribing, less a $50 professional fee, when written notice is emailed within 24 hours of the completed health review. It also says dispensed medication is non-refundable. This is a conditional policy, not a guarantee that every cancellation qualifies.
Ask how you will be notified that the review has finished and when dispensing begins. Keep a time-stamped copy of any request and the response. Canceling an upcoming order and seeking a refund for an existing one can have different outcomes; make clear which action you are requesting, especially if a pharmacy is already processing the prescription.
Resolve pharmacy and delivery questions early
